At SMT Worldwide and MSTECH Europe, which are part of the INCORPORA TECHNO GROUP, we are committed to excellence in the manufacturing of our products and in the corresponding after-sales service, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
We recognize the importance of continuous improvement and agile adaptation in a constantly evolving technological environment. Therefore, we have established this Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Policy, based on the principles of the ISO 9001 standard and compatible with Agile methodologies. In addition, we integrate a Quality Assurance System into our processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the delivery of our services.

This Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, in line with management system reviews, to ensure that changes in environmental conditions and received information are properly considered. In this regard, Management provides and will continue to provide all the human, technical, and financial resources necessary to achieve the objectives and targets established on a planned and periodic basis.
