Gender Equality Policy

1. Introduction
At INCORPORA TECHNO GROUP we take pride in fostering an inclusive work environment, actively promoting gender equality, women’s integration in the electronic sector, and ensuring prevention of sexual harassment and discrimination in all our operations. We recognize that to achieve this, it is essential to establish clear policies, effective practices, and a firm commitment from the entire organization. Therefore, we have created this Gender Equality and Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Discrimination at Work Policy, with the aim of guiding our actions towards a more equitable, safe, and respectful workplace.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders of INCORPORA TECHNO GROUP. It extends to all activities and operations of the company, including recruitment, hiring, promotion, and professional development.
3. Principles of Gender Equality and Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Discrimination
Our gender equality and prevention of sexual harassment and discrimination policy is based on the following principles:
Equal opportunities: We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of gender, promoting an inclusive and equitable work environment.
Equality plan: We implement an Equality Plan that sets objectives and specific measures to promote gender equality in all areas of the company, including employment access, training, and professional development.
Equality Committee: We establish an Equality Committee composed of representatives from management and employees, responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Equality Plan, evaluating its effectiveness, and proposing additional actions to promote gender equality.
Prevention of sexual harassment and discrimination: We do not tolerate any form of sexual harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior in the workplace. We implement a Protocol for Action in Case of Sexual Harassment that defines procedures for reporting, investigating, and resolving cases of sexual harassment confidentially and effectively.
Awareness and training: We provide training and awareness on gender equality, sexual harassment, and discrimination to all employees and members of the Equality Committee to foster a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.
4. Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of all INCORPORA TECHNO GROUP employees to comply with this policy and contribute to creating an inclusive, safe, and respectful work environment. Management will provide the leadership and resources necessary to ensure the effective implementation of this policy.Additionally, we implement a confidential and secure Whistleblowing Channel for employees and third parties to report any ethical violations, irregularities, or inappropriate conduct. We ensure that all reports are treated confidentially and that appropriate measures are taken to address them fairly and effectively.
5. Review and Update
This policy will be periodically reviewed to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in achieving our gender equality and prevention of sexual harassment and discrimination objectives.
6. Approval
This Gender Equality, Women’s Integration in Technology Companies, and Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Discrimination at Work Policy has been approved by the management of INCORPORA TECHNO GROUP and will come into effect from the date of its publication.
