MSTECH EUROPE receives the Premi FEGP a la Promoció del Territori 2024 at the Gala de la Nit de l’Empresa
At the prestigious Gala de Premis FEGP 2024 organized by the Federació Empresarial del Gran Penedès (FEGP), MSTECH EUROPE has been awarded the Premi FEGP a la Promoció del Territori 2024. This recognition highlights our commitment and contribution to the industrial and economic development of the region.
The ceremony was attended by prominent personalities, including the Conseller d’Empresa i Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya, Roger Torrent; the president of the FEGP 2024, Neus Lloveras; and the mayor of Vilanova i la Geltrú, Juan Luis Ruiz. La Nit de l’Empresa is a reflection of the local economy, showcasing everything from the chosen location to the cuisine and the recognition of companies with exemplary trajectories.
Neus Lloveras, current president of the FEGP, emphasized the importance of industry in Catalonia: “Historically, Catalonia was a country with a lot of industry, but over the years we have been losing industrial strength. Therefore, and because industry creates quality jobs and contributes to an interesting economic mix, the recent governments of the Generalitat have focused their efforts on increasing the percentage of industrial activity. And we celebrate this because it is working. The latest Pacte Nacional per la Indústria is yielding good results.”
Penedès has shown a remarkable industrial recovery in recent years. A clear example of success is the work done by our company, MSTECH EUROPE, in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Garraf). We have reindustrialized the facilities left by the Mahle company, transforming them into a production center for semiconductor manufacturing machines, a strategic and highly interesting sector for Catalonia. This recognition not only celebrates our ability to adapt and grow but also our commitment to economic revitalization and industrial innovation in the region. Without a doubt, this award is a well-deserved acknowledgment of the effort and dedication of our entire team.
