In the competitive race within the global semiconductor industry, we have achieved a significant milestone in our evolution as a company and team. This has been accomplished through the acquisition of the former Mahle plant, thanks to the reindustrialization plan and close collaboration with the public-private sector.
✔At this noteworthy event, we announced a substantial investment of 6 million euros in infrastructure and 1.7 million euros in research, development, and innovation (R&D&I), along with the hiring of 25 workers from the former Mahle factory.
Our goal is to replace Asian suppliers, repatriate, centralize, and consolidate the development and manufacturing of electronic machinery in Catalonia. This is supported by a strong commitment to qualification through a dual vocational training program.
We aspire to become a global benchmark in training, innovation, and sustainable production in the electronics and semiconductor sector.
