On January 22nd and 23rd, the entire SMT Worldwide team gathered for our traditional Kick Off event—an annual meeting that keeps growing in both size and professionalism.

Colleagues from Spain and Portugal joined us to review last year’s results and align on our strategy and objectives for 2025.

During these sessions, we covered:

✅ Sales and technical performance review.

✅ Expense and conduct policies.

✅ Strategic projects and annual objectives.

✅ Facility improvements and infrastructure plans.

✅ Future strategies for each division.

This year, for the first time, we also introduced team-building activities, emphasizing collaboration and organization. These dynamics played a crucial role in strengthening teamwork across departments.

Beyond work, we enjoyed meals, dinners, and shared moments that reinforced our team spirit and common vision.
