We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet established quality standards and applicable international regulations. The role involves inspecting, verifying, and documenting processes and products at different stages of production, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished products.
  • Conduct functional and performance tests on electronic equipment according to internal procedures.
  • Record and analyze test results in detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with the Production and Engineering departments to identify, document, and correct non-conformities.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the quality management system (ISO 9001 or others).
  • Ensure compliance with calibration and maintenance procedures for measurement equipment.
  • Assist in training operational staff on quality control procedures.
  • Contribute to failure investigations or customer returns and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in internal and external audits (FAT).

Job Requirements

  • Education: Technician or technologist in Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Quality, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in quality control within the electronic, electromechanical, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Measurement and testing instruments
    • Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings
    • ISO 9001 standards and quality assurance procedures
    • Quality tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 Whys, etc.)
  • Languages:
    • Intermediate English (written and spoken).
