Manufacturing manager

The Production Manager leads the daily operations of production, internal logistics, warehouse, and maintenance at the plant. The main responsibility is to ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production (SQDP) objectives, guaranteeing an efficient material flow and strict control over Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and pickings. This role is key to the operational performance of the plant, optimizing resources and ensuring the disciplined execution of production plans.

Job Requirements

Education: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions

• Required: Experience in industrial product manufacturing

• Preferred: Experience in the electronics or automotive sector

Technical Knowledge / Tools:

• Advanced MS Office

• Lean manufacturing

• ERP management

  • Preferred: Odoo

Languages:

• Intermediate English (spoken and written)
