We are looking for an Internal Logistics Specialist to join our team at MSTECH Europe.

Job Summary

The Internal Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, components, and products within the facility. This position coordinates and executes activities related to receiving, storing, and supplying production areas, ensuring accurate inventory movements and compliance with established safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and register materials and components from the warehouse or suppliers.
  • Supply production stations with materials and parts according to ERP requirements.
  • Execute internal inventory movements in the ERP system.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of materials following FIFO standards.
  • Coordinate and perform the internal transport of semi-finished and finished products between departments.
  • Manage the disposition of non-conforming materials together with the Quality department.
  • Collaborate in optimizing internal logistics flows, proposing improvements to layouts or work methods.
  • Verify the condition and perform basic maintenance of logistics equipment (pallet trucks and forklifts).
  • Comply with industrial safety, 5S, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Secondary education required; technical training in Logistics, Mechatronics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in internal logistics, warehouse operations, or distribution within an industrial environment.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Operation of internal transport equipment (forklift and stacker).
    • Use of ERP or WMS systems (preferably ODOO).
    • Inventory control and material management methods.
    • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S.
