We are looking for an Electromechanical Assembler to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling, integrating, and verifying electromechanical components and subsystems, ensuring correct alignment, electrical connections, and functional parameters according to technical specifications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assembly of electromechanical components and systems in production lines or workshop environments.
  • Installation of equipment, modules, and subassemblies according to schematics and bill of materials.
  • Electrical and electronic component connections: wiring, connectors, terminals, and initial testing.
  • Verification of adjustments, alignments, fastenings, fine-tuning, and functional testing.
  • Collaboration with engineers, maintenance technicians, and other assemblers to ensure quality standards.
  • Recording completed operations, work reports, and used spare parts.
  • Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Detection of issues during assembly and communication of deviations.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Vocational training (mid/high level) in electromechanics, mechatronics, electricity, electronics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Previous experience in assembling electromechanical equipment, industrial machinery, or components.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Reading electrical/electromechanical schematics, interpreting bill of materials, use of assembly tools, basic soldering, and verification tests.

Key Competencies

  • Attention to detail, teamwork, manual skills, ability to follow technical instructions, strong focus on quality and safety.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, shifts, or on-call if required.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics.
  • Experience with testing and verification equipment.
  • Competence in reading electrical schematics, quality self-checks, and 5S methods.
