The person in this position will be responsible for carrying out key administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Main duties include preparing quotations, organizing and monitoring transportation, as well as controlling the purchasing of spare parts and consumables. They will also be in charge of invoice registration, answering phone calls, preparing small packages, and following up on quotations with suppliers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation of quotations
- Coordination of shipments and collections
- Control of spare parts and consumables orders
- Recording supplier invoices
- Answering phone calls
- Customer and supplier support
- Courier shipment management
Job Requirements
Education: Business Administration, Management, or similar
Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar administrative roles
- Mandatory: Basic accounting knowledge
- Desirable: Import/export knowledge
Technical Knowledge / Tools:
- Advanced Office skills
- Use of shipping portals
- ERP management
- Desirable: ODOO
Languages
Intermediate English (spoken and written)
