The After Sales Manager will lead and optimize post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient management of claims, spare parts, and technical services. They will be responsible for responding to our clients, developing loyalty strategies, coordinating technical teams, and guaranteeing high-quality after-sales support that contributes to continuous improvement and the company’s business objectives.

Job Requirements
Education: Industrial Engineering or similar
Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions
- Mandatory: Previous experience in the role
- Desirable: Experience in the electronics or automotive sector
Technical Knowledge / Tools:
- Advanced Office skills
- ERP management
- Desirable: ODOO
Languages
Advanced English (spoken and written)
